Commercial order processing (m/f) - 25-38.5 hours
Your qualifications
- You have completed training (HAK, HTL, HLW, apprenticeship)
- Relevant professional experience or training in the commercial sector and order processing is an advantage
- You are fluent in written and spoken German and English (international customer contact, both by phone and email)
- You have excellent IT skills: MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook,…)
- Experience with operational software solutions such as ERP, CRM systems is an advantage
- You work independently and in a structured manner and remain well organized even under stress
- You are service-oriented and can work well in a team
- You enjoy researching thoroughly
- Holiday cover for other departments after prior training
Your tasks
- Commercial order processing of projects (50% of which in English), accounting, bank guarantees
- Preparation of transport documents, delivery notes, CMR, customs clearance
- Organize and track transports worldwide
- Processing spare parts document shipping, DPD, Fedex
- Competent communication hub internally and externally
- Office organization (including oral and written correspondence)
- Co-development and maintenance of the ERP system

For this position you can expect a salary based on the applicable collective agreement, which is determined according to your individual qualifications and professional experience.

Tasks
- Cleaning of offices, corridors, sanitary facilities, kitchen areas
- Dusting, vacuuming, floor cleaning, glass cleaning as needed
- Filling and emptying the dishwasher
- Waste disposal and organization of cleaning supplies
- Compliance with hygiene standards and safety regulations
- Reporting of repair or refill activities to the responsible authority
- Possibly light office work with filing documents

- Basic knowledge of cleaning methods and agents
- Willingness to work during the specified times
- Friendly demeanor towards employees and visitors
