Individual plant models for gas processing
Thanks to special simulation software, all process parameters can be transferred to determine the ideal operating point for the operating conditions. The planning and manufacture of our gas processing plants always takes the overall plant concept into account, whether it involves the manufacture of a turnkey container plant or integration into an existing or newly constructed facility. All our plants undergo comprehensive TÜV testing prior to delivery, thus meeting national and international standards regarding quality and plant safety.

Environmental plus - achieve high energy efficiency with gas processing
Our superior technology enables the gas processing of biogas into biomethane in almost any desired purity and provides for injection into the natural gas grid or use via CNG filling stations.
Because the biogas is separated using hollow-fiber membranes, no chemicals, water, or other additives are required. It's a completely electrically driven process. With its outstanding energy efficiency, the process stands out economically from previous technologies. This way, you contribute to protecting the environment and keep ongoing operating costs to a minimum.

Upgrade combined heat and power plant to biomethane plant
Due to its compact design, the technology is ideal for upgrading an existing combined heat and power (CHP) plant to a biomethane plant. This also includes older CHP plants without appropriate heat utilization. Based on our many years of experience, we are optimally equipped to develop customized solutions. We are able to plan all parameters, from the creation of 3D models to cost-effectiveness calculations. Furthermore, you benefit from a high degree of prefabrication. Our systems are delivered fully pre-assembled, tested, and technically inspected, which shortens construction times.
The process with our key technology BioMem
begins with the compression of the raw gas to 10–16 bar using a high-pressure compressor. Heat exchangers extract the waste heat from the compression process. A temperature-controlled drying stage and an activated carbon filter are installed downstream of the compression stage. Based on the different migration velocities of gases in polymers, CO2 and water vapor are finally separated via the hollow-fiber membrane. The heart of the system is the SEPURAN® Green membrane module from EVIONIK. We generally offer two processes: a single-stage and a three-stage process.
- 1-step process for integrating existing CHP plants (for partial quantities, ideal for the operation of CNG filling stations)
- 3-stage process to achieve the highest possible methane yield (while ensuring the lowest emissions)
